About Shikaku
Classic Shikaku becomes an Orenvalt royal survey: divide an illuminated parchment map into rectangular provinces around numbered landmark seals.
Every province contains exactly one landmark, and its number is the province's exact area. Cover the whole map without gaps or overlaps.
All 120 surveys are open from the start across six atlas folios, from compact 5×5 lessons to intricate 10×10 grand surveys. Every map is deterministic, distinct, exact-enumerated to have one solution, independently checked, and witness-replayed during every build.
Each survey keeps a named fastest-time record and public top ten. The atlas and active survey both show the current record holder.
How to play
- Drag from one corner of a province to its opposite corner, or tap the two corners.
- The rectangle must contain exactly one numbered landmark and cover exactly that many cells.
- Tile the entire parchment with valid provinces, leaving no gaps or overlaps.
