About Mastermind
Crack a hidden reagent recipe from the feedback on each guess. Work out which colours belong and where they go before your attempts run out.
How to play
- Goal
- Work out the hidden formula: the colour in every vial.
- How it ends
- You win by brewing the exact formula before the rows run out; run out and the formula is shown.
- Record
- The fastest first solve of each formula, and its fewest brews.
- Choose a reagent and fill every vial in the current row, then Brew the guess.
- A gold drop means one reagent has the right colour and position. A silver wisp means one reagent is present but belongs in another vial. The marks do not identify which vial they describe.
- Match every vial before the available rows run out. Repeated colours are allowed when the formula card says so.
