About Clouds
From a skykeeper's balcony above a floating castle, paint drifting clouds onto a brass survey pane. Engraved numbers count cloud cells in each row and column; satisfied lines warm to gold.
Solve 180 original charts across Zephyr, Cumulus and Tempest shelves. Every chart has one independently verified answer. Each cloud is a rectangle at least two cells wide and two cells tall, and separate clouds never touch, even at a corner.
Your first solve time is saved per chart. An uninterrupted, unaided first solve can set the verified public best, shown with its holder on the chart card and beside the clock.
How to play

- Shade rectangular clouds, each at least two cells wide and two cells tall, to match every row and column count; separate clouds cannot touch, even at a corner.
- How it ends
- A chart is complete when all counts and cloud shapes are correct; there is no loss.
- Record
- Your first solve time is kept per chart, and the fastest verified first solve appears with its holder.
- Shade cloud cells until each row and column has exactly the count at its edge. Clouds must form separate rectangles of at least 2×2 cells. Separate clouds need a gap, including diagonally.
- Choose Cloud or Clear sky, then tap or drag cells. Clear sky stars are optional notes and do not count as clouds. Tap a mark again to erase it; Undo reverses a painted stroke.
- Restart clears marks but keeps the clock running. Check reports rule conflicts after warning that it makes the attempt local-only. A chart has no loss. Reloaded attempts retain progress and local time but cannot submit a fresh public record.

All 180 charts have exactly one answer, independently verified at build time. The timer starts when a chart opens and keeps running through Undo and Restart. Check and resumed attempts stay local-only for public ranking. Progress and reduced motion save under morass.clouds.v1; sound follows the shared site setting. No ads or analytics run inside the game.
