How to play
- Goal
- Put a horizontal or vertical stroke in every cell so each territory's number and the run rules hold.
- How it ends
- A chart is won when the complete board satisfies every rule; there is no loss.
- Record
- Each chart keeps the time of its first solve and the public fastest first solve.
- Put one horizontal or vertical stroke in every cell. A numbered territory shows the larger of its horizontal and vertical counts; a tie is allowed. Three horizontal strokes may not stack vertically, and three vertical strokes may not sit side by side. Long runs in their own direction are allowed, even across territory borders.
- The worked picture comes from Chart 001. Its bottom-left territory has two cells and clue 1. With an across stroke already in the lower cell, the upper cell must take a down stroke: one of each makes the larger count 1.
- Tap a cell to cycle empty, across, down and empty again. Undo, Redo, Erase and Restart correct a chart. Restart clears the same chart without resetting its first clock. A chart finishes automatically when every cell and rule agrees; there is no loss. Replays are untimed practice and cannot replace the first time.

About Juosan
An astral loom turns a quiet mark puzzle into a tapestry of gold horizontal threads and pearl vertical threads. Each territory has a number: its more common thread must occur that many times.
Choose among 160 permanent charts across four shelves. Every chart has one independently proved answer and a measured no-guess deduction path. The largest charts are still six cells wide for phone play.
The clock begins when a chart opens. Its first solve time stays in this browser, while an uninterrupted first finish can claim the named public best.
