How to play

Goal
Shade exactly two cells in every outlined region and pair every shaded cell with one edge-sharing neighbour.
How it ends
A chart is solved when every region has two shaded cells and every shaded cell has exactly one shaded neighbour; there is no loss state.
Record
The fastest first solve of each chart is kept as a public record, with its holder's name.
Worked visual example for Norinori
Worked example. See the rule happen, then follow the numbered rules below.
  1. Tap a tile to shade it; tap again to restore it. Glowing tiles are fixed clues. Shade exactly two cells in every brass-outlined region. In the worked example, adding the rightmost tile to each row creates a dark pair across the thick border and brings both regions to two.
  2. Every dark tile must have exactly one dark edge-sharing neighbour. Separate pairs may touch at corners, and a pair may cross a region border. The small corner seal counts dark tiles in its region; a red seal means too many. A lone dark tile is unfinished.
  3. Right click or long press to mark a tile with an optional pale X; the Pale X button gives taps that meaning too. Undo restores the last mark. Restart clears marks while the first-deal clock keeps running. The chart completes automatically when all regions and pairs satisfy the rules; there is no loss state. Replays are untimed practice.
