How to play
- Goal
- Cover every numbered cell with a two-cell domino whose number equals its neighboring domino count.
- How it ends
- Complete all clues while avoiding equal-count neighbors and fully occupied 2×2 squares; mistakes can always be undone.
- Record
- The fastest first unaided solve of each chart is recorded.
- Select two adjacent free cells or drag between them to place a horizontal or vertical domino. Every printed clue must belong to a domino.
- A clue counts distinct other dominoes touching either half along an edge. Its own second half and diagonal contacts do not count. Gold digits are fixed targets; small blue digits show the current count.
- Neighboring dominoes must have different final counts. Every 2×2 square needs an unused cell; other cells may also stay empty.
- Dominoes without a printed clue are allowed and sometimes required. A zero domino touches no other piece.
- Each domino is one Undo step. Remove clears a whole piece; canceling a preview leaves entries unchanged. Restart keeps the first clock running.

Tips for Neibadomino
- Count the whole piece A neighbor may touch either half of your domino; count that other piece once.
- Keep a zero isolated Every cell touching either half of a zero piece must stay unused.
- Look for unclued pieces Some required dominoes contain no printed number. Their final counts still obey every rule.
Questions about this game
Must I cover every cell?
No. Every given belongs to a domino, but other cells may stay unused.
Can a domino have no printed clue?
Yes. Its number is still its final neighboring-piece count.
What does zero mean?
The whole domino touches no other domino along an edge.
What do the small blue digits mean?
They show the current count, which changes as other pieces are added or removed. The gold clue target stays fixed.
Are shelves difficulty levels?
They describe four sizes, from 5×5 to 8×8, with 24 charts each. No human difficulty ranking is promised.
Does Restart reset the clock?
It clears entries while retaining the original first-solve clock. Undo restores the cleared position.
What happens on replay or reload?
Completed charts open in untimed Practice. Reloaded unfinished charts retain complete dominoes and Undo; their time stays local.
Charts and the worked example are original. Complete dominoes and Undo save in this browser; unfinished previews do not. The first clock starts when a chart is selected. Reloaded attempts and detected clock or suspension discontinuities stay local. Unsafe storage is reported in-game. This follows the published English/German neighbor-count rule version; there is no additional global connectivity rule.
