About The Lost Procession

Guide a lost river-folk crew through 96 crossings in six fantasy regions. Give builders, diggers and blockers their jobs, reshape the cave and bring enough travellers to the waystone gate.

Talla, Vek and Nim carry a broken waystone towards home through drowned forges, listening wells and frostbound roads. Pause to plan, rewind a mistake, or send a scout ahead while the others wait safely.

How to play

Goal
Bring the required number of travellers through the waystone gate by assigning climbing, floating, building and digging jobs.
How it ends
Rescue the required number to clear a crossing. It ends when everyone is accounted for, time expires, or you finish after meeting the target.
Record
Each crossing keeps your fastest clear, fewest jobs and most travellers rescued.
  1. Travellers leave the hatch one after another and walk forward, turning at walls. They climb small steps and survive short drops. Long falls, flood currents and lava are fatal. Bring the required number through the glowing waystone gate to clear the crossing.
  2. Choose a job or press 1–8, then select a traveller. Build lays twelve planks; Bash tunnels ahead; Mine digs diagonally; Dig goes straight down. Block turns others around. Climb and Float are permanent. Blast bursts after five seconds. Point at a traveller to preview a job before assigning it. A stair is solid: walkers underneath must return to its first step. Let the builder get ahead, or hold the crew back.
  3. Blue warded stone cannot be broken. Green-arrow stone allows Bash or Mine only in the arrow’s direction; Dig and Blast work either way. Rate controls arrivals. Pause lets you assign jobs, Fast forward runs at triple speed, and Back 5 s rewinds. Before quota, Blast all ends a failed route. After quota it becomes Finish crossing: press twice to let the remaining crew make camp. Neither costs a job.

Good to know

Progress and unfinished crossings save in this browser. Reopening a crossing restores it paused. Time measures the cave’s simulation, so pause and rewind are free. All clears can enter the Top 10; the site checks each run before keeping a place.
