How to play

Goal
Draw one closed loop through every dot, using all fixed segments.
How it ends
The chart finishes when every dot has two lines and all lines form one loop. Undo and Erase allow corrections.
Record
Your first unassisted finish keeps your time for that chart; later plays are practice.
Worked visual example for Grand Tour
Worked example. See the rule happen, then follow the numbered rules below.
  1. Join horizontally or vertically neighbouring dots into one closed loop. Every dot needs exactly two links.
  2. Keep all fixed segments, identified by their diamond marks. They cannot be erased or crossed out.
  3. Do not branch, skip a dot or close separate small loops.
  4. Tap an edge or drag through neighbouring dots and release. A whole route is one Undo. Alternatively tap successive dots and press Draw. Cross notes are optional.
  5. Restart preserves the first clock. Reload preserves an unfinished first attempt and Undo; its resumed finish stays local. Reopening practice starts fresh.

Tips for Grand Tour

  • Start at a corner A corner has only two possible exits, so both belong to the tour.
  • Keep fixed links The diamond segments are already part of the answer.
  • Leave the tour open Do not close a small loop while dots remain outside it.

Questions about this game

Must every dot be visited?

Yes. Every dot must have exactly two links in one closed tour.

Can I erase a fixed segment?

No. Its diamond identifies a mandatory link.

Are cross notes required?

No. They only help you remember edges you have ruled out.

Can replay improve my first time?

No. Your saved first finish remains unchanged; replay is practice.

All charts are open. Reload retains an unfinished first attempt, Undo and its original clock; resumed finishes stay local. Practice reopens fresh and preserves your first time.

About Grand Tour

Draw one closed tour through every dot on a pilgrim chart. The fixed path segments must stay in your loop.

All 160 original charts are open: two 4×4, sixty-four 6×6 and ninety-four 8×8 dot grids. Each has one independently verified tour and can be solved by logic.

Your first finish keeps its time. An uninterrupted verified first solve can claim the named fastest time; replay is practice.
