How to play
- Goal
- Draw one closed road through every territory once, matching its numbered count of cells.
- How it ends
- The chart is won when the road closes without branches, visits each territory once, matches the counts, and leaves no unused neighbouring cells across a territory border; Undo repairs marks.
- Record
- Your first unassisted solve of each chart earns a fastest-time record; replays are practice.
- Join centres of neighbouring cells horizontally or vertically to form one closed circuit. It never branches or crosses. Some cells remain unused.
- Visit every territory in one continuous run, using exactly its printed number of cells. The numbered cell is only a label and may remain unused.
- Two unused cells cannot share an edge across a territory border. They may touch inside one territory or diagonally. Two crossings between the same pair of territories are allowed.
- Select Road, Cross or Erase. Tap two neighbouring cells or drag between them to mark their shared edge. Crosses are optional notes. Undo repairs marks; Restart clears the chart while its original clock keeps running.

Tips for Country Road
- Watch border neighbours If a cell is unused, its neighbour across a border must be on the road.
- Keep each visit together A territory cannot contain two separate stretches of the circuit.
- Counts describe territories A printed number does not force its own cell onto the road.
Questions about this game
Must every cell be used?
No. Only the territory counts determine how many road cells are used.
Can the same two territories share two crossings?
Yes. A circuit enters and leaves each territory; those crossings may meet the same neighbour.
Do crosses count as road?
No. Crosses are optional excluded-edge notes.
Can replay improve my first time?
No. Your first completed time is retained; replay is untimed practice.
All charts are open. Progress saves in this browser; a reloaded attempt finishes locally on its original clock.

About Country Road
Trace a survey circuit across the Wardenmarks, with a wagon at dusk beside your map. Each territory must receive one continuous visit.
All 160 original charts are open, from four by four to six by six. Each has one independently verified road circuit and a public-clue deduction proof.
Your first completed time stays with each chart. An uninterrupted first solve on the game page can claim the named best; replay is untimed practice.
