About Aqueduct Rush

The valley's old waterworks have run dry. A mason with a cart of carved channel stones lays them across the ground one by one, while the spring counts down to bursting. Stones never turn: the cart decides the shape, and you decide where it goes before the water arrives.

Six halls of twenty levels, each adding one thing: dry gardens that bloom when watered, old fixed conduits and one-way sluices, mill wheels that must turn before the cistern opens, slow heavy lava that burns what it touches, and a spring and a lava vent at once that may only cross on a bridge stone. Every level keeps a top ten for score and one for speed.

How to play

Goal
Lay channels from the cart so the water (and, in the forge halls, the lava) runs all the way into its basin.
How it ends
The level is won the moment every flow has reached its basin; it is lost the moment any flow runs out of channel and spills.
Record
For every level, the ten best scores and the ten fastest deliveries, each proved by replaying the run.
  1. Tap or click a cell to lay the cart's front stone there (or move the marker with the arrow keys and press Space). The next four stones wait behind it, and stones never turn. Laying on a stone the flow has not reached smashes it for a small cost.
  2. When a source's ring runs out, its water (or lava) runs into the stone its spout faces and on through whatever the stones join up. A flow that reaches open ground, a boulder, the edge or a stone facing elsewhere spills, and the level is lost.
  3. Carry every flow into its basin to win. Score comes from every channel filled, gardens watered, wheels turned and bridges crossed twice, less any laid stones left dry. Press Rush (F) to send the flows racing home once your route is laid.
