How to play
- Goal
- Place every number from 1 to the final number once so consecutive numbers touch across an edge or corner.
- How it ends
- A chart is solved when all active stones are numbered and the entire 1-to-end path connects in order; there is no loss state.
- Record
- The fastest first solve of each chart is kept as a public record, with its holder's name.
- Fill every active stone with a different number from 1 to the final number. Consecutive numbers touch across an edge or corner, so diagonal steps count. Printed numbers stay fixed; dark gaps are scenery, not cells.
- The worked picture shows printed 1 and 3 with a shared empty neighbour. Their other shared neighbour holds 5, so place 2 between them. Choose a number with minus, plus or the number field, then tap an empty stone. Tap a filled stone to choose its next missing number; tap it again to erase.
- A chart finishes automatically when all stones are filled and every step connects. Undo reverses a placement, and Restart clears entries without resetting the clock. Replays are untimed practice. Returning to the atlas in the same page keeps the first clock; reloading an unfinished chart keeps its entries but makes its first finish local only.

All 160 fixed charts have one independently verified answer and a separate elementary deduction trace. Private witnesses stay in build inputs and do not ship. Saves use morass.hidato.v1; sound follows the shared arcade setting. No ads or analytics run inside the game.
