How to play
- Goal
- Colour every arrow light or dark so each light arrow's number equals the light arrows it points toward and each dark arrow's number does not.
- How it ends
- The chart seals when every arrow is coloured, every number obeys its truth or lie rule, and at least one arrow is light; there is no loss.
- Record
- Your first solve time is kept for each chart, and the fastest verified first solve appears with its holder.
- Colour every numbered arrow light or dark. It points straight along one of eight directions to the edge; it counts every other light arrow on that ray. Dark arrows do not block the view. A light arrow tells the truth: its number equals that count. A dark arrow lies: its number differs from the count.
- The worked first-chart example tests the top-left 2. If it were light, the two arrows to its right would both need to be light. The middle 0 would then see a light arrow and contradict itself. The left 2 must therefore be dark. You can follow other short rays in the same way.
- Tap an arrow to cycle blank, light, dark and blank, or choose the Light or Dark brush to mark directly. Hold or right click to highlight its ray without changing its colour. A gold ring marks a decided clue that agrees. Colour every arrow and leave at least one light to seal the chart; there is no loss. Undo and Restart are available. Replays are untimed practice.

Every chart has a stable ID and one independently verified answer. Removing either the truth or lie rule makes each chart ambiguous. Private witnesses and deduction traces do not ship. Saves use morass.spotlight.v1; sound follows the shared site setting. No ads or analytics run inside the game.
