How to play
- Goal
- Connect every circle with straight strokes exactly two grid links long. White circles are endpoints; black circles lie inside strokes.
- How it ends
- All ink forms one connected tree with no loops or straight continuations. Unused points are allowed; mistakes can always be undone.
- Record
- The fastest first unaided solve of each chart is recorded.
- Connect all circles into one tree using straight strokes exactly two grid links long. Tap the two endpoints, or drag straight between them.
- Every white circle needs a stroke ending there. Every black circle must lie inside a stroke; no stroke may end at black. Some black circles sit halfway along a grid link.
- Strokes may meet at corners, T junctions and crosses. Every contact joins them: there are no overpasses.
- Never overlap or continue strokes in a straight line. All ink, including strokes without clues, must form one connected tree without loops. Blank tips and unused points are allowed.
- Draw toggles the exact selected stroke. Cross toggles an optional exclusion note; notes never count as ink. Clear uses the same two endpoints to remove either mark.
- Undo and Redo reverse one action. Restart keeps the first clock running; completed charts reopen as Practice. The chart menu includes a read-only Whole chart view.

Tips for Raingurupu
- Start at the edge A black circle near the border often allows only one two-link stroke.
- Keep endpoints separate A stroke may pass through black, but even another passing stroke cannot excuse an endpoint at black.
- Watch the groups A locally legal stroke can still trap a separate group or close a loop.
Questions about this game
Do crossings connect?
Yes. Every contact joins the strokes, including a cross at a grid point.
Can two strokes continue in a straight line?
No. Every whole straight run must stay exactly two links long.
Must every tip have a white circle?
No. Blank tips are allowed. Every white circle must be an endpoint.
What is a halfway black circle?
It lies on the grid link between two points and must be inside a stroke.
Must every grid point be used?
No. Unused points are allowed, but every drawn stroke must belong to the one tree.
Does Restart reset my clock?
No. Restart keeps the first clock running. Practice preserves the first finish.
Strokes, exclusion notes and Undo save in this browser. The first clock starts when a chart is selected and never pauses. Reloaded attempts stay local; Practice preserves the first finish.
