How to play
- Goal
- Choose exactly one dark pearl in every outlined region, and leave no three consecutive pearls of one colour in any row, column or diagonal.
- How it ends
- A chart is won when every region has one dark pearl and every three-pearl run obeys the colour rule; there is no loss.
- Record
- Your first finish time is saved for each chart, and an uninterrupted first solve can set its named public best time.
- Tap a pearl to make it the one dark pearl in its outlined region. Tap another pearl in that region to move the dark choice; tap the chosen pearl again to clear it. The other pearls there become pale.
- A straight line of three consecutive pearls, horizontally, vertically or diagonally, cannot all be dark or all pale. A square without a pearl breaks a run. The worked picture shows real Chart 001 before and after choosing a pearl in its first tray.
- A chart completes automatically when every tray has one dark pearl and no three-pearl run matches. Red highlights a conflict in the visible rules, never a hidden-answer mismatch. Undo reverses a choice and Restart clears choices without resetting the first clock. Replays are untimed practice; returning through the folio keeps first-solve eligibility, while reloading unfinished progress makes that first solve local only.

About Nondango
In a lamplit confectioner’s workshop, choose one dark cocoa pearl in each outlined brass tray. Every other pearl in that tray settles pale.
Three consecutive pearls cannot all share a colour in a row, column or diagonal. An empty square breaks the line. All 160 original charts have one independently verified answer and a deduction path without guessing.
Your first finish time stays in this browser. An uninterrupted first solve can claim the named public best shown beside the clock and on each chart card.
