Time Trial
Defeat the Proving Warden within the time limit.

An achievement of the Proving Warden: he must fall within 3 minutes 30 seconds of the pull. Everything is allowed, blink and immunity included.

Time Trial: the Proving Warden within the time limit

The hero in the video was drawn at random, class and body, to show that any hero can earn it; the test player then fought ten seeded fights with that hero and the video is one of the wins that earned it.

The video is a male Bellringer: of ten fights, eight were won and all eight were inside the limit. This one ended 3:07 after the pull and the Bellringer was never hit, so the cards show Unscathed, Time Trial and the Bellringer's class ladder, For Whom the Bell Tolls. Filmed before the achievements were renamed, so the cards show the earlier names: Quick Proving for Time Trial, Bellringer Ladder for For Whom the Bell Tolls.

How to earn it

  1. Damage is everything: stay in reach and keep casting. Every second spent running far from him is a second lost.
  2. Answer the Debris Wall with the roll, blink or immunity, then go straight back to him.
  3. From 25% he stands stunned for 2 s at the wall after each Charge: hit him then.

From 25% the Charge: dodge it, then hit him while he stands stunned.

The proof: the card after the win.

A death of the hero, or a fight that drags past 3:30, earns nothing. Slow classes have the least room; the limit is set from the slowest class's best kill.
