3. Take the Terms Sheet in Dreskmark Bond-House.
   Finding Terms Ruin The Signer: “The wharf-lot, the best landing on the lower reach, went to Skoll for a tenth its assessed worth — Brunt signed away all her husband left her.”
4. Talk to Tobin Sael in Dreskmark Bond-House and choose “Show Sael the lodged deed”.
   Finding Coercer Holds The Deed: “Vard Skoll brought the deed already drawn, stood over the signing, and lodged it the same hour — every gain in the lot his, and the seller given no hour to read what she set her hand to.”
